o  1v1 cooperative

Focus:

Comfort, control and gaining confidence with the ball. Players gain comfort handling the ball with the basic surfaces of the foot (inside, outside, sole and laces). The more advanced ball mastery skills can be taught after the basic dribbling and passing skills are taught.
